Business Enterprise Mapping, a consulting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, recently completed a business process improvement project for Minera San Cristobal S.A., a remote mine, located 4000 meters above sea level in the Andes Mountains in southwestern Bolivia. After development of a business enterprise system and quality management system, the mine received certification on February 1, 2010 to three rigorous and highly respected international management standards.
